Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-07-07
GoodToSell is operated by Super Serious LLC (Lincoln, Nebraska, USA). By using the site you agree to these terms.
1. Informational only — not legal advice
GoodToSell is a search and screening tool, not a law firm. Sellability verdicts, license readings, trademark flags, and profit estimates are automated risk assessments generated by software, provided for informational purposes only. They are not legal advice, not a substitute for an attorney, and not legal clearance to sell anything.
2. No guarantee of accuracy or completeness
Our data may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. A "sellable" verdict or a "no brand match" result is a screen, not a guarantee — new, niche, or visual-only intellectual property can slip past it. You must independently verify a model's license and IP status before selling: read the original listing and, where needed, contact the designer or rights holder. Do not rely on GoodToSell as your only check.
3. You assume the risk of your decisions
We work to make GoodToSell accurate and useful, but it is a research and screening tool, not a guarantee, and is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Decisions you make based on the site's results are your own responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Super Serious LLC is not liable for losses arising from your reliance on the site — including lost sales, takedowns, or disputes — and any liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any). Verify before you sell.
4. We are not a party to your transactions
GoodToSell is not involved in your sale. The licensing relationship is between you and the designer or platform. We report what the source marketplace states about a model's license — we do not independently certify that the source's information is correct. We aggregate public metadata and thumbnails and link back to the original listing; we do not host, mirror, or distribute 3D model files. Designers and rights holders who want a cached listing removed can contact us.
5. Verify with a professional for real decisions
The tool narrows the field and flags risk; it does not clear it. If you are building a business on a specific model, or anything material turns on the answer, confirm with a qualified attorney. The higher the stakes, the more important an independent professional check.
6. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Some features — the "Pro" profitability tools (margin, profit-per-hour, and break-even estimates) — require a paid subscription. If you subscribe, the following apply.
Plans and pricing. Pro is a recurring subscription. The available plans, the price, and the billing interval (for example, monthly or annual) are shown at checkout before you pay. The price shown at checkout is what you pay for that billing period.
Free trial. If a free trial is offered, you can use Pro at no charge for the stated trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged at the price shown when you signed up.
Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged, until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize these recurring charges.
Payment processing. Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card details — Stripe does, under its own terms. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file.
Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your account's billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused part of a billing period.
Refunds. Because the free trial lets you evaluate Pro before paying, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged, except where a refund is required by law. If you were charged in error or something went wrong, contact us and we will review it in good faith.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices. We will give notice before a change takes effect, and the new price applies only to your next billing period — never retroactively. If you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.
Failed or reversed payments. If a charge fails, or is reversed or charged back, we may suspend or end your Pro access.
Pro is still informational. Pro's numbers (unit cost, margin, profit-per-hour, break-even) are estimates based on the inputs and fee assumptions shown; your actual results depend on your own costs, marketplace fees, and sales. Subscribing does not change the "not legal advice" and "no guarantee" nature of the site described in Sections 1–3.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no automated scraping of our search results or catalog, no attempts to overwhelm the free checker, and no using the site to break the law. We may rate-limit or block abusive use.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA.
